Cancellation Policy

Purpose: To ensure the efficient use of resources and time, this policy outlines the charges for cancellations and no-shows. Policy Statement: Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of [Insert Fee Amount]. No exceptions will be made to this policy. No-Show Fees: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $39.99 No exceptions will be made to this policy. All sales are final Procedure: Clients must notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
