Cancellation Policy
Purpose: To ensure the efficient use of resources and time, this policy outlines the charges for cancellations and no-shows. Policy Statement: Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of [Insert Fee Amount]. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
